Join Exhale teacher & founder of Chi Chi Life, Lauren Chiarello, for a 60-minute Core Fusion Barre class (beginners welcome!) to benefit the Connection Coalition, a national organization that offers yoga programs in schools, shelters, jails, foster homes, rehabs and more.
 Each student will also receive a goodie bag that will include awesome wellness perks and healthy treats from companies like Euphebe, Natural Gourmet Institute, Yumami, Honeydrop, Frontier Bites, Di Lorén and more and access to a post-barre champagne reception at Pizza Beach.

Your Teacher Lauren Chiarello

Lauren Chiarello is the founder of Chi Chi Life which melds her three passions: fitness, events + fundraising + cancer advocacy. A 2x cancer survivor, Lauren is a lover of life + health + wellness. She supports, motivates + teaches rockstars who value the importance of strengthening the mind + body. Lauren holds the following certifications: 200-hour Core Fusion Barre Teacher Training with the award-winning exhale spa, Pilates Mat with LindaFit Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Primary Group Exercise Instruction with AFAA, AED/CPR with the American Red Cross, Fire Guard with NYPD. Lauren has completed multiple marathons while fundraising $75,000+ for cancer charities. A graduate from Villanova University with a degree in Accounting + Marketing, Lauren has 10+ years of experience fundraising + producing events for non-profits, for-profits + agencies.

About the Core Fusion Barre Basic Class:

Developed by “the world’s foremost living barre experts”, exhale’s barre class is a full-body workout with light weights, planks, pushups, squats and ab work paired with ballet-inspired moves to sculpt the arms, lean the legs, chisel the abs and lift the butt. Socks are required.
